The Trifecta Hoverboard Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our hoverboards. You deserve getting a brand new hoverboard that works out of the box, which is why we commit to our guarantee.

If you are unhappy with your hoverboard purchase and believe there is an issue with it, you can send it back to us free of charge.

Please note the following:

    • If the hoverboard is found to be new and defective out of the box, we will replace it and ship it back to you for free.
    • After you have used the hoverboard and it shows any signs of use (any scratches, blemishes, wear on the tires, etc.), you are covered under our 30 day warranty. This warranty means that we will repair the product and ship it back free of charge. However, you are responsible for the cost of shipping to us. 
    • If you would like a refund for a new hoverboard which you purchased from us, there will be a 15% restocking fee. It must be in brand new condition. We do not accept refunds for used hoverboards.

Due to this policy, we highly recommend all customers to first test the hoverboard indoors to make sure it is fully functioning before using it outside. After months of experience, we find this to be the best experience for our buyers, and believe we have one of the fairest and transparent policies around hoverboards today. While we love to help out our customers, we are very strict with the policy and always request our customers to review the conditions carefully, especially regarding replacements and refunds.

Note for the Holidays: We've gotten inquiries from several customers regarding our 30 day policy if it were ordered for a gift to be opened on Christmas. We will respect our guarantee for all new and unused hoverboards purchased in November and December. For example, if you purchase a product for November and the product is opened on Christmas Day and there is an issue out of the box, we will replace it, no questions asked. This means the product must be in unused and new condition. 

That being said, the 30 day repair warranty period (which is different from our guarantee) starts on the order date. Therefore, any used products will only qualify for a repair if we are notified only within 30 days of the date of that purchase purchase.
