A Message concerning Holidays Delays

First off- an apology about the delays. As New Yorkers, we hate moving slow, so we totally get that delays are terrible. Unfortunately, the main delay is out of our control: our shipment container was delayed an extra week. We are extremely, extremely sorry for the huge inconvenience that this has caused.

We've gotten questions from customers, asking if we are a scam and we want to say that we 100%are not. We have high standards of business transparency and absolutely promise to deliver your order.

We want to be super clear on our schedule so you know what to expect:

December 16: All orders placed before December 12, the cut-off time we announced for Christmas delivery, was shipped out from our New York warehouse

December 17: We opened an additional warehouse on the west coast to fulfill orders for west coast customers

December 27: We receive our delayed container which contains the bulk of the pending orders

December 27-31: For all orders #9790 and higher, we will begin sending out orders. ALLorders will be sent before December 31

If you would like a refund or cancel your order, simply deny the package from the UPS order and we will gladly process the refund for you once we receive it back.

The first step is to track your shipment as it might likely be on its way. Head on over to our Tracking Pageand enter the order # that you received in the e-mail when you ordered, and the e-mail address you have on file.The tracking number and shipment carrier information should appear. If this is your first time tracking, give it a minute or so, and refresh your browser to see the shipment progress. If you have a tracking number that has been 'Order Processed' but hasn't picked up by the UPS truck, it is likely being affected by Reason #1. We have the packing slip and label fully prepared at the warehouse but we are simply waiting for the products to come in so we can test them and fulfill them.

Are you a legitimate company? Is this a scam or a fraud?

At Trifecta Deals, our goal is to share great deals. We have high standards of transparency and we want to make the customers happy.
When customers label us as a scam, we feel terrible. We are a New York State C Corporation, incorporated in the year of 2013. We've heard horror stories from our competitors who take orders and never ship anything. We never, ever believe this sort of behavior is acceptable and we are committed working as hard as possible to make sure you get your order
The one thing that we readily admit is how we misgauged the amount of volume our team could handle in terms of customer inquiries, and for that we again apologize. We are working through every single inquiry and making sure to address all concerns.
That being said, we will 100% fulfill your order at the absolute latest by the end of the year.

If you see that the Order is Processing and hasn't been picked up, it is because your order is currently at the warehouse, waiting to be fulfilled. We create batches of tracking labels first and then pass it off to our warehouse which fulfills those orders. At this time, there are a ton of pending orders so that's why there is some backlog of orders. However, if you received a tracking number and simply waiting for it to be picked up by the truck, that means you're in the last stage of fulfillment and you should have it shortly.

At the current moment, we are not taking calls as that would slow down our team from fulfilling all orders.
E-mail is the best way to get in touch with us. We are going through all e-mails on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and responding to every single inquiry.
While we have opened up phone service and guaranteed e-mail replies within a business day, we would never get all out orders if we decided to still do this.

My order isn't going to get here by Christmas. Now what?

For almost all customers who ordered before December 12th, we've been able to follow through. For customers who ordered afterwards, we were transparent with the delays that the holiday time would bring.

I want to cancel my order. Refund my money as soon as possible!

We have no problem at all if you want to cancel the order within the 24 hours of your order. If you already requested the refund within 24 hours of your order, we likely cancelled the order.

For cancellations thereafter, it becomes a bit trickier. If we've already processed your order and it is waiting to be picked up by UPS, it's simply not possible to cancel the order as it's progressed too far. At that point, once you receive it, you can either deny the package or send it back to us in new condition and we can respect the refund according to our Return Policy. However, the product must be new.

Why is my order shipping from California, not New York?

We apologize about the inconvenience. Due to the holidays and the increased demand, we have opened a warehouse in California so we can fulfill orders faster. We measure our inventory levels in both the New York and California warehouses, examine your shipping address, and do a full analysis on how you can get your order the fastest. We decide then on whether to fulfill your order from New York or California, depending on where you live and whether the product you ordered is in the appropriate warehouse.

Why is my order showing as 'Order Processed'?

Why is it taking so long for my tracking label to update?

At the present time, if your order is delayed, it is largely due to two main reasons: (1) the container holding products was unexpectedly delayed, though it is expected to arrive by latest the end of week; (2) our team got overwhelmed by the number of orders and we are trying to discover all avenues to adequately service your concerns. We sincerely apologize about not taking phone calls but unfortunately, if we took calls all day, we would never get to actually fulfilling the orders out.
While some orders may not get delivered before December 25th, we are taking the logistical steps to absolutely guarantee everything that every single order that was placed previously and being placed now gets sent out by the end of the year. We 100% guarantee we will fulfill your request.

Can I expedite my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping. Products with batteries like this are not allowed to ship via air so UPS ground is the only service we offer.
